Schools to resume normal classes

Schools throughout the nation will resume classes on the 19 of April after a month long term break, due to the national isolation strategy set up by the National Pandemic Controller on the 22nd of March 2021.

Education Secretary Dr. Uke Kombra on a Secretary circular number 11 of 2021, instructed all schools throughout the country to resume classes with adherence to the new normal guidelines set in place by the Controller.

“All students and teachers are advised to wear face mask at all times during school hours so that you do not risk the life of yourself and that of your love ones,” said Dr Kombra.

All schools from Primacy to Secondary will continue with their normal yearly plan starting 19 of this month. Parents and students are asked to follow the New Normal Guidelines in order to mitigate the risk of spreading COVID-19.
