Rigo Rice and North Lakes Estate Donate K30,000 to Tubusereia Primary School

On Saturday, February 22, Rigo Rice Management, Competition Executives, and North Lakes Estate demonstrated their commitment to education by donating K30,000 to Tubusereia Primary School. The donation was presented during a fundraising drive at Tubusereia Village.

The funds will support the school’s rehabilitation efforts, specifically aimed at constructing new classrooms and a library. These additions will enhance the learning environment, raising the academic standards for students in the local community.

Rigo Rice Cup CEO McSteve Polly underscored the significance of investing in education, emphasizing that empowering human resources is essential for nation-building. “A better future starts with investing in our children’s education,” he stated.

In addition to the financial contribution, Rigo Rice also donated 100 bags of rice, which were sold during the fundraiser. The proceeds were handed over to the school’s board of management, further supporting the school’s development efforts.
